Let's say Illinois beats Penn State on Thursday and loses to Indiana Friday night. That pretty much leaves us squarely on the bubble, dependent on other results. Let's see what we want to happen (if the "losers" do win, we want them to lose ASAP):

Purdue loses to Iowa (Friday)
Kansas State loses to Texas Tech/Colorado (Friday)

No deep SEC runs for Alabama, Georgia, Arkansas, Miss., Miss. State
Air Force loses to Wyoming (MWC)
UMass doesn't reach the A10 Final
UNLV or BYU wins the MWC tournament
Memphis wins the C-USA tournament
Xavier wins the A10 Tournament
Butler wins the Horizon Tournament
Nevada wins the WAC Tournament
